These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Mink Hair Extensions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We supply professional human hair extensions, tools, accessories, home-care products, and in-salon services.

Due to the nature of human hair:
• Variations in colour, texture, wave pattern and tone are natural and expected
• Product images are indicative only
• Screen displays may differ between devices

These characteristics do not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or stock availability issues
• Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been confirmed and the order dispatched

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Exchanges, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on hair extensions or home-care products. Eligible exchanges may be offered within a limited timeframe for unopened, untampered items only.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

6. Hygiene & Product Safety

Hair extensions and certain products are classified as hygienic goods. For the safety of all clients:
• Opened, worn, altered, installed or used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine fault exists
• Security seals must remain intact for eligibility

7. Appointments, Services & Deposits

For in-studio services:
• Deposits may be required to secure bookings
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• Late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit
• Service outcomes depend on individual hair characteristics and prior history

8. Trade & Wholesale Accounts

Trade pricing, access, and purchasing privileges are subject to approval and separate Wholesale Terms. Misuse or unauthorised resale may result in account suspension or termination.

All trademarks, service marks, methods, training materials, images, and written content are owned by Mink Hair Extensions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without express written consent.
