Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment has been received and stock is available.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or for wholesale orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, or service disruptions.
Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched and tracking has been issued.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier while the order is in transit. Where appropriate, we may assist customers with lodging enquiries directly with the courier.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless explicitly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for selecting any additional delivery or insurance options offered by the carrier at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Wholesale & Trade Orders
Shipping arrangements for wholesale or trade orders may vary depending on order size and destination. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order or invoicing.
